Mother natural has been looking after this ancient land generously. The river Nile has continued its way, like a artery of this country, pumping live and hope through the desert, nurturing the nation. The western desert is calm, as if the whole desert is in a sealed glass. It stops right at the edge of river Nile. Following the river right down to the Nile delta, fresh water runs into the Mediterranean sea. The landscape takes a 180 degree change. The land is prosperous, the climate is humid. This ancient land not only carries thousands of years of civilization, but also some of the most spectacular landscape in the world…

It suddenly dawned on me that the famous notion “Human cannot put his foot into the same river for twice time” might be created besides this river. Numerous world renowned philosphers were born in Egypt. Even if it is not, looking on these pictures remind me the fact that evey thind is moving continuously and never stop for a moment.Every thing is motion. Time flys and we keep getting old. The sunset above emphasize this feeling in a deeper level in people’s heart. This river may used to be the place where the concept of “time” had been created.
